Who we are?

Upbind Technologies is a leading Ed Tech company, incorporated in India, for impairing learning School automation, books publications and digital learning platform to provide various services such as online/offline videos, tech solutions, online classes etc. We deal in Smart Learning Application for accessing digital content & videos for respective class/medium/board. We also offer online classes with interactive session.

Acceptance Clause

The terms of use along with privacy policy shall apply to users of Upbind. For creating access to the Upbind website/ application, you have to register yourself with us. Any credentials given by you shall be kept confidential except certain information which may be shared with third party with your prior consent (In writing to prescribed email id). We shall communicate you from time to time via email or in any other manner (Offline/online) in regard to your registration with us or for any further update/ alert.

Your utilization of the Website, Application, or administrations regarding the Application, Website or items ('Services'), or enlistments with us through any modes or use of any items will imply your acknowledgment of this Policy and your consent to be lawfully limited by something very similar.

How Long Do We Retain User Data?

Currently, we plan to retain user data while an account is active and for at least three years afterward. We may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements. For example, we may lengthen the retention period for some data if needed to comply with law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space.

User communications

  • We also provide alerts or messages to groups vis web/mobile app or SMS to the registered customers through your school/partners with Upbind platform up to 10,000 SMS pack available on complementary basis (annually)

Jurisdiction of court

The privacy policy along with Terms of Use shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the privacy policy along with Terms of Use.
